J. Graham Joscelyne
Mr J Graham Joscelyne, a South African, is a chartered accountant and certified internal auditor. He has had more than 25 years of experience in international business, specializing in assurance and compliance matters, enterprise risk management, internal auditing, fraud and corruption, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
After working for the South African Anglovaal Group, he joined the World Bank Group in 1995, as Auditor General. He acquired unique knowledge of complex development business issues and the needs of partner countries, trust-funded arrangements and activities, and the impact of corruption and its management. In 2003, he became Managing Director of UHY Advisors (Washington, DC), a major forensic, litigation, and valuation firm in USA. Among his duties, he assessed internal auditing functions for the United Nations and the UN Development Programme and worked on capacity development programs for the World Bank.
Currently, he is Managing Director of Joscelyne + Associates, Inc., focusing on governance, strategy, risk, and assurance for public and private organizations. Clients include the United Nations, World Bank Group, IDB, AfDB, IMF, and the CGIAR as well as global financial institutions. He has also chaired the World Food Programme Audit Committee and was a member of the UN Population Fund Audit Advisory Committee. |
