This handbook is the third of a series of three seed production handbooks. It was written for people who have no formal training or experience in seed production, oriented specially toward small-scale farmers, business people and rural institutions interested in producing seed of various crops for sale. This handbook is a guide for trainers who are supporting small-scale seed enterprise development. Handbook 1, "Producing bean seed", is specifically intended for bean seed producers. Handbook 2, "Business skills", is specifically intended for small-scale farmers, entrepreneurs, and community-based institutions.
