Alliances

  • CLAYUCA (Latin American and Caribbean Consortium to Support Cassava Research and Development), Colombia
  • FLAR (Fund for Latin American Irrigated Rice), Colombia
  • FLIPA (Latin American Fund for Oil Palm Innovation)

The alliance of these organizations has brought about very good results. Joint efforts in research and development are achieving progress much faster and far beyond what individual efforts and capacities would bring. Likewise, the joint mobilization of funds has proved advantageous for all.

In this way, Agronatura facilitates the formation of a basic core of scientists, who have the opportunity to exchange ideas, form strategic alliances, and share state-of-the-art technology, thus inducing globalization of research. From the administrative viewpoint, the Park represents an advantage in that members can share costs and funds can be mobilized collaboratively.
