available 24 hours, to make online consultations, transfers,
and payments at no cost
- Join our revolving credit fund "Credica$h" for
36 months, with no handling fees, and you can accumulate
points that are redeemable as miles on the frequent traveler
program at either Alianza Summa-PRIVILEGIOS or at Creditmiles'
member establishments
- Receive your credit cards through the automatic telling
machine (ATM)
- Change your American dollars in cash or traveler's checks
at the current exchange rate used at CIAT, but please remember
that international currencies other than the Colombian peso
are not circulated at CIAT. Changing them in banks in Cali
is also very difficult
Hours
Our working hours are:
Mondays to Thursdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To exchange foreign currency, whether in cash or traveler's
checks, or by electronic transfer:
Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Exchanging your dollars
- You can change your American dollars at the exchange
rate used at CIAT
- We change only traveler's checks or American dollars in
cash
- Please remember that international currencies other than
the Colombian peso are not circulated at CIAT
- Changing international currencies in banks in Cali is
very difficult
