The
Conference area, totaling 1500 m², comprises eight comfortable
rooms that vary in seating capacity from 12 to 180 people.
The seating capacities of the different rooms are:

The rooms are named after ancient cultures that once populated different regions
of Colombia.
All rooms are equipped with whiteboards and projection screens,
and equipment is available for all types of presentations
such as projectors, overhead projectors, video players, flip
charts, TV, VHS, and recording system. Those rooms with a
capacity for 40 or more persons also have a sound system and
installations for simultaneous translation.
The
Sinú Conference Room, with a seating capacity of 80
people, was recently inaugurated. This conference room can
be easily adapted for workshops and working in small groups.
Commercial videotapes and films can be projected in the Kellogg
Auditorium. This Auditorium follows an amphitheater design,
with rising rows of seating. It has two booths for simultaneous
translation in three languages.
Normal service hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays. There is a
special rate after this hour.
