Principal Dining Room

CIAT guests are served in the principal dining room, which offers international and vegetarian menus and caters for events. It can seat 150 people, and is open at the following hours:

Breakfast, 6:45 am to 9:00 am
Lunch, 12:00 m to 2:00 pm
Dinner, 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Cafeteria

The cafeteria can seat 400, and offers a menu with a choice of two meat dishes. Meals are served at the following hours:

Breakfast, 7:30 am to 9:00 am
Lunch, 12:00 m to 1:30 pm
Dinner, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Snack Bar

The snack bar seats 40, and offers the "day's special" and a salad bar. Hamburgers, kebabs, and sandwiches are also available. The snack bar is open at lunchtime, Mondays to Fridays, 12:00 m to 1:30 pm.
